Delivery & Pick Up Policies
At Buzzing Florist Brunswick, we take pride in delivering fresh, beautiful blooms across Melbourne. To ensure your flowers arrive perfectly and on time, please review our store guidelines below.
Delivery Information:
Same-Day Delivery: Place your order by 12:00 PM for guaranteed same-day delivery (completed by 7:00 PM).
Advanced Bookings: For orders placed at least 24 hours in advance, you may request an AM or PM delivery slot in the "Delivery Notes" at checkout.
Service Area: We deliver from our Brunswick studio to various suburbs across Melbourne. If your suburb isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us—we may still be able to help!
Regional & International: Looking to send flowers further away? Contact us directly to organize delivery through our member Flowers Relay Network.
In-Store Pickup:
Same-Day: Order by 3:00 PM and allow 3 hours for preparation.
Next-Day AM: Please place your order by 3:00 PM the previous day.
Pro Tip: Wait for your "Order Ready" confirmation email before heading to the shop!
Special Deliveries (Hospital, Workplace, Funerals):
To avoid extra fees or delivery failures, we require specific details:
Hospitals: Patient’s full name, ward, and room number (please verify they haven't been discharged).
Funerals: Name of the deceased, the funeral home/venue name, and the service time.
Workplaces: Business name, suite/floor number, and the latest possible delivery time.
Note: If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect info or lack of access, a return-to-shop fee and a re-delivery fee will apply.
Important Policies:
Recipient Not Home: If no one is available, flowers will be left in a safe spot. Our courier will take a photo for proof of delivery. Buzzing Florist is not liable for theft or weather damage once the delivery is completed.
Florist Discretion: Nature is unpredictable! While we strive to match our photos exactly, we may use our creative discretion to swap stems based on seasonal availability while maintaining the design's integrity.
Cancellations: * Not yet made: Full refund minus a $15 admin fee and online processing fees.
Already prepared: The 20% deposit/value is non-refundable.
Deposits: All custom orders, weddings, and events require a 20% deposit to secure your date.
Complaints: Must be submitted in writing with a photo within 24 hours of delivery.
